It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-3 business days to arrive.

If no one is available to receive the item(s) at the delivery address, you may request our personnel to leave the item(s) at your doorstep, but we will not be liable if your purchased item(s) goes missing or is damaged by the time you return.

Depending on country of origin or manufacture, the same product may be packaged under a different label, bottle size, bottle design, etc. As we strive to obtain the best prices for you, we really don't care about looks. Rest assured what's in the bottle is the same great booze that you love.

Do note that we do not differentiate between 700ml and 750ml bottles. Even though we try to list our products accurately, stocks are subject to availability from our suppliers and can occasionally change between 700ml and 750ml. However, this difference is small and does not affect how we price the products. Our strategy is to work on a minimal mark-up to ensure you, the consumer, ends up with the lowest possible price in Singapore. That is also why we are not on any online retail platform like Lazada or Shoppee (who charge a fee), as any savings made are passed on to you! As such, there will be no refunds for differences in volume. However, you may return it for a full refund.
