THE WINE: This wine displays a pale yellow colour with attractive green hues. The nose shows lifted herbaceous and tropical fruit aromas. These aromas lead to a lively palate with ripe passionfruit, gooseberry and citrus flavours. This Sauvignon Blanc shows true varietal characters, and should be consumed young to take advantage of its vibrant style.
